Kristie Taylor lives, loves, and breathes art. On frequent walks, she absorbs the colors and textures of nature. The smallest thing can trigger an idea and set her mind reeling at the endless possibilities!
Kristie also loves to instill this love for artist freedom in other people, so of course she adores teaching and revels in the fire that she sees in people's eyes when they realize that they have created something beautiful.
An open heart scrub nurse by trade, Kristie uses art as her time to seek inner peace; a place to rest her heart and mind and allow the spirits of creativity to flow through her to the canvas. Sometimes she gets lost in the creative process and only steps back into reality when she gets hungry or thirsty!
Kristie lives in Florida with her hubby David, three of her four awesome kiddos and three fur babies. She says, “although they do think I am just a little nuts sometimes, my family is very supportive and encouraging of my artist life.”
