My Heart Afire is a stencil designed by Darlene Olivia McElroy. Love and passion are the reason for living. The first known depiction of a heart as a symbol of romantic love dates to the 1250s but it exists as a contemporary symbol today. This stencil is super on a gel plate, your art journal, or for mixed media work.

Darlene’s Ribbons and Relics series is inspired by her love of the mystical, symbols and ribbon shapes that tie a story together and includes My Heart Afire (S843), Thistle and Ribbons (S850), Perched Crow (S849), Heart in Hand (S842), and Hummingbird Bouquet (S852).
