Flower Meshed with Art Deco was designed by Birgit Koopsen.

Birgit says: "My designs are made with gel printing in mind as a gel printing is my favorite and most used art form. Stencils are great tools for gel printing and what I love to do is use the paint that is underneath the stencil when it’s lifted from the gel plate. The left over paint gives a beautiful, distressed and grungy feel to all of your prints.
"I love to mix and match patterns and textures. Geometrical patterns speak to me; I love lines and repetition. This combined with bright and bold colors and a bit of a distressed look are my ingredients to get gel printed (collage) papers that I love and can use in all kinds of projects from my art journals to cards, from paintings to notebook covers and more."
