From Holland With Love was designed by Birgit Koopsen.

Birgit says: "I love using (parts of) mandala designs in my work, maybe because I like circles so much, the idea of infinity, like a ring without a beginning or an end. Before I started designing this stencil I was wondering how I could incorporate that I am from the Netherlands in one of my design.

"Of course tulips are in the top 3 of things representing my country but I wanted to create something a bit different than the traditional tulip stencils. My love for mandalas combined with the tulip idea resulted in this round stencil called 'From Holland with Love.'"
